3. Recipient Availability: To ensure the freshness of the perishable items, it is required that someone be available to receive the delivery at the designated shipping address. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier service will attempt to leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbor, as per their delivery protocols.

4. Refrigeration Requirements: Upon receiving the Cream Tea Box, it is essential to refrigerate the perishable items within 30 minutes to maintain their freshness and quality. 5. Shipping Restrictions: Due to the perishable nature of the items included in the cream tea box, we currently offer shipping to the UK only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
