We will gladly replace the damaged items or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. To initiate the refund process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective products along with your order details.

2. Incorrect Items Received: In the rare event that you receive incorrect items please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it promptly upon confirmation of the error.

3. Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer wish to proceed with your purchase. If you decide to cancel your order  before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will issue a full refund.

4. Refunds Process: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
